Deep healing retreat Sweden
13 - 15 June 2025
Join me deep in the swedish forest for a deep healing retreat celebrating life
Forest Bath
On one of the mornings we will wake up early and walk out into the forest. Here we will spend 1 and a half Hour in silence bathing in the forest, taking in all its beauty and medicine. Using all our senses to relax the nervous system and the heart and recharge.
Forest bathing, or "shinrin-yoku" in Japanese, is the practice of spending time in the forest to embrace nature's calming and healing qualities.
Forest bathing offers time to connect more deeply with nature and our inner selves. It fosters a sense of harmony with the environment, which can lead to increased self-awareness and a feeling of being part of something greater.
Trees release natural oils, known as phytoncides, which they use to protect themselves from bacteria and fungi. When we breathe deeply in the forest, we absorb these phytoncides, which have been shown to boost our immune system.
Forest bathing is a simple yet powerful practice that can bring calm, joy and deep healing into our lives.

swim in the pristine water
Swimming in a pristine lake combines the benefits of cold water therapy, cardiovascular exercise, and the relaxing effects of nature, providing an experience that’s both refreshing and beneficial for the body and mind.

Exposure to cold water stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a state of relaxation. Combined with physical exertion, this calming effect often leads to better sleep quality, helping to regulate the sleep cycle and improve restfulness. Cold water immersion is well-known to reduce inflammation and as it releases endorphins and other "happy hormones," it can lift your mood and combat depression as well as
reduce stress and anxiety.
On This retreat it will be a great support on our healing journey.
